Wonderful place to stay

I was pleasantly surprised by how the room was extremely clean. The staff were helpful and welcoming. Breakfast was included in the stay. The property was in a great location. I would recommend to stay here. There is much to do in Ebina. Plus it located at train station that can take you to Yokohama or Shinjuku.

Great location, well kept hotel overall. Only downside is if you have tattoos you must cover them to go to the gym. Other downside is you have to pay to use the gym/sauna

We are so glad we chose this hotel for our last night in Tokyo. Fantastic staff. Room was spacious with good amenities. Great bed. Blackout shades. Very quiet despite being on a busy street. Just a block away from the nearest train station, and free shuttle to the airport (Haneda).

Everything was great. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The view from the room was just amazing. Loved the separate shower room.

This was by far one of the nicest hotels we have stayed in. It was wonderful to wake up, grab a to-go breakfast at Lawson’s across the street and walk a few blocks to yamashita park. The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are luxurious. The staff are so friendly and accommodating. We could not believe we got this room for the price we did. It’s easy walking distance to everything you could want in Yokohama. We will definitely stay here again.

First stayed in Hotel Metropolitan Kawasaki in 2024, only knowing it was near the train station. Stayed again in 2025 knowing what I know now — and will certainly stay here again in the future. The property was surprisingly spacious, clean, and modern. The hotel amenities (ex. laundry room, fitness, etc.) were the icing on top. But the service is the true slice of cake here. The staff are friendly and accommodating - very approachable and polite. They didn't care that we didn't speak Japanese;...

The Hotel New Grand is a historical landmark in Yokohama. The location is hard to beat. It’s across the street from Yamashita Park, blocks from China Town, the International cruise terminal, 15 minute walk to Yokohama Stadium and good access to train system. Only down note is Hotel. Ew Grand needs to upgrade pillows, they were extremely uncomfortable.

The Area is beautiful. Staff were very supportive and informative and air conditioning phenomenal. Considering coming from alaska felt like home

I think that the property is pretty new or updated. We were just disembarking from a 15 day cross Pacific Cruise trip. My first task was getting my laundry done. The hotel has provided the facility to satisfy me.

The location is great right next to train station. Bathroom is very spacious.

Clean, safe, good sized rooms close to train station, coffee, food, grocery, shopping with reasonable rates. Currency exchange at reception.

I enjoyed the varied dishes they offer for breakfast which was included. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. The shuttle was on time and offered various times of the day, but be sure to get there to board early if near checkout time because it fills up fast. The only negative is, for seniors like me, the tub is deep and quite high. That makes it a little difficult to get in and out of.
