"In advance of our stay I made a request online to the hotel via Expedia, that upon check-in we would have been awake for over 18 hours after our travel from the UK, would be tired and would like a fast check-in please. We'd like to pay any fees due upon arrival, get our room key and get straight to our room to sleep. They denied this request saying "We are a timeshare resort. You will be asked if you would like to attend a presentation". I'd pointed out I have no interest in buying timeshares and had declined the "presentation" on a previous stay, after a long misleading speil from one of their salesmen. Sure enough upon check-in we still have to do the usual handover of id, pay any due fees, but then when any decent hotel would handover the key, this place will refer you to another desk to get your key and that's when the sales shenanigans begin. There was already a disappointed American sounding lady as we arrived, who'd just worked out this was just a sales pitch after some time, and she was annoyed. Then it was our turn. After several attempts at politely declining a presentation or any other offers of attractions, we'd just like our room keys and parking pass please, we were told how "you Europeans are tough" (presumably to sell to) and finally allowed on our way. It didn't stop there though, we had calls to our in room phone, silent when answered at first, but when I waited a bit longer one day it was one of their salesmen. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay."

"I loved the accommodation. It surprised me quite a bit because I thought it wouldn't be good given the price, but I really liked it. The hotel is very clean with friendly staff. The rooms are good, clean and organized, and there's a wardrobe to put clothes in. There's a very nice and spacious casino. I didn't go to the pool because I didn't have time."

"it was a great stay, the only bad part is that Denny's was awful. One kid in the morning trying to take care of everyone. Had to wait to get seated. Then I was going to go for lunch and same thing, no one available to seat me, so I left and went across the street to Chick-Fil-A. "
