"Being a well-known known property convinced me to give it a try. That said, the outlets in the bathroom didn't work. The a/c took three hours to get to 70 degrees and no one picked up in the engineering, front desk or hospitality departments. I will not stay there again nor will I recommend that anyone else does. There are better hotels, in the same area, for the same price..."

"The property is pretty nice and located right on the strip. However, our room was downgraded, and that was quite disappointing. They called it a "free upgrade" but it was honestly a downgrade and not what we paid for."

"Stayed in April and The bathrooms are suuuper nice (I always stay in the tower) Despite being a resort with high volume it was kept exceptionally clean around the clock. If travelling by bus make sure to use Google maps because the strip is very confusing as far as foot traffic cross over. (You have to walk passed Excalibur and THEN cross the bridge to MGM for the bus stop) If they give you the 50$ food voucher for 4$ or whatever definitely take it. They have a backstage deli that's open 24/7 with sandwiches and fruit and juice and it's not ungodly priced between 16-24 bucks (the sandwiches are quite full and the pastrami and breakfast bagel sandwiches were my go to) If you stay more than 24 hours The parking pass is a life saver for 40$ flat your can come and go as much as you want. Staff is always helpful and knowledgeable so do not be afraid to ask about anything. "

"For the price the hotel was good. Was disappointed that there was no small fridge in room since we were with kids to cool their Milk and yogurt. "

"Stayed at the Palazzo for two nights right after spending three nights at the Aria, and the difference was noticeable. The Palazzo property and rooms felt newer and fresher compared to the Aria Restore rooms. I especially loved the spacious seating area in the suite and the thoughtful little amenities like cotton buds, a sewing kit, and other small touches that made the stay feel more comfortable and upscale. Another big plus was the variety of sit-down restaurant options between Palazzo and Venetian that are actually reasonably priced for Vegas. We really enjoyed places like Buddy V’s, Yardbird, and Grand Lux Café — great food without the ultra high-end Strip prices. Overall, Palazzo felt comfortable, polished, and easy to enjoy for both the rooms and dining options."
