"Pool side was amazing Wednesday and Thursday with nice low lounge music - BUT Friday it was impossible to stay at the pool as the volume and bass was WAY TO LOUD. A lot of people left as you couldn’t speak together."

"I read a lot of positive reviews so I was looking forward to a nice little staycation. Unfortunately my experience wasn’t so nice. I saw online you could check in early if they had availability. The day before check in, I called and was informed to call the day of check in at 0800 to see if it was possible. I did as instructed and was told my room was ready so I could arrive anytime but if before 12, I would have to pay 28$. No problem! Checked in at 100PM and was given keys to a dirty room that still had occupants in it. We go back to the front desk and the staff member did not apologize or seem to care. The next room we were given had dirty sheets and smelled like cigarettes. "

"My family and I loved this stay! It was like having an apartment in Vegas . The kids loved the giant bathtub. Pools, laundry and full kitchen . it checked all the boxes"

"The resort is amazing, but sadly there's been multiple issues with billing - the hotel does not automatically send out a folio upon check-out like other hotels do. The resort and beverage credits were not applied (even AFTER I've brought this up with the front desk several times during my stay), and I was overcharged multiple times - had I not checked my credit card statement I would not have found out."
