Communication with the renter of the space was easy and they were very responsive. I enjoyed this property and would love to stay here again. I would recommend this property to anyone visiting Las Vegas. Bonus is you are right next to Top Golf! "

"We enjoyed our stay very much and would recommend.. We weren't interested in staying in a hotel so this was the ideal spot for us. It was connected to the MGM Grande so easy walking access to the strip, etc. There was also a Starbucks in the building which was a great convenience as the coffee maker and coffee in the unit are worthless. "The condo was beautiful, the location was so perfect. The view from the balcony was breathtaking. We loved the condo unit, it had all the upgrades and was so cozy. We had access to the MGM Grand which had everything you needed to see and do. The view from the balcony was amazing! Looking at the beautiful lights and the “Sphere” was very entertaining! We didn’t leave the location much and had something new to do every day and night. The host was there at anytime we needed them and checked with us...

"The property was just like the pictures. We were very happy and satisfied with the property, location and amenities. Only one complaint was the lack of kitchen supplies. Only one fork, very few cooking utensils and the pans were not conducive for cooking (burned and stained terribly). Also a lack of basic condiments ( salt, pepper, oil). Also a lack of cleaning supplies (windex, cleaning sprays, extra trash bags) especially since no housekeeping. Still overall really enjoyed the property and...

"2 bedroom unit was very clean and had everything we needed. It was quiet minus the yard crew one morning. Commuication from Luxort was via VRBO only. Loved the shuttle to Horseshoe, but we didn't use it. It is a timeshare so expect to be asked to do a tour in exchange for tickets which we didn’t do. We enjoyed our stay. It was just as advertised. If you want calm and away from hustle and bustle, but yet close enough to enjoy the strip, this is your place. Thank you Grand Desert!"

"We have stayed on this non-gaming property twice before, but this is very clearly the best experience we've had. The property is on the top floor (38) providing a sweeping view of Las Vegas and its surroundings. The apartment was well-appointed and clean. "It was so interesting looking out our window on the 38th floor of the Signature. We were OK with just viewing the mega hotels at different times of day from sunrise until evening. The room had a good mini kitchen for cooking our breakfasts and storing some cold foods. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was roomy and had good supply of hot water. Good location too."
