"Where do I star... no refrigerator and microwave. Two essential appliances when bringing a dog for their refrigerated only food. Hot water was warm and took time to get warm. No need to turn on the cold water. Air conditioner only goes down to 66 deg and even if the fan was set to high, the air coming out was low at best. And on our last night, it was barely cold at all. We had to use the handheld personal fan that we brought with us to blow some air while we slept. And lastly, never ever fall for the "free" items offer. You will be offered a free night or discounted stay or $100 in slot play to attend a viewing party for the newly renovated room at Westget hotel but in realitt you will be attending a timeshare session. Three hours of wasted time."

"Do not stay here. Bad area. No security. Staff has no understanding of the Order Inn service they provide. Especially when things go wrong. Waiting over two hours for a simple burrito and taco is not ideal. Room was dirty. Lotta sketchy people around. Will never be back."

"No microwave in room, bathroom light/fan made a horrible screeching sound when u turn it on so i had to use my phone flashlight in the bathroom. There was someone’s nasty used thong in the bedside table drawer. All I can hope is that those bed sheets I slept on were clean. All in all I had a semi poor experience, could’ve been worse but I definitely had higher expectations. Would not recommend staying here but I guess you get what you pay for. "

"We stayed in a 1 br suite for 5 nights. Room was updated and clean. Having a kitchen was super helpful as it can get very pricey eating out each meal. Staff was great! Would definitely stay at the Elara again. "
