「Very comfortable, had what we needed. Kitchen set up was great. TV channel guide didn’t work, channel numbers didn’t pop up, but we just scanned up and down. 」

「We arrived at the room to be greated by a terrible smell that appeared to be emanating from a very badly stained carpet. After 3 hours of trying to get this resolved with the third party company that managed the room, the best I was offered was that we would have to put up with it for the night and they would get someone to come at 11am the following morning. Only AFTER I said this was not acceptable and over an hour of silence from the person I was dealing with we where offered a replacement...
