「The property might be rated three star but the staff are rated five star in our mind. They were polite, attentive, efficient and engaging when spoken to. The hotel and the whole of Rutland we found to be really helpful and polite. It`s the way Norfolk used to be but is sadly lacking in a lot of establishments these days. Nice to see that hospitality is still alive and well in Rutland and surrounding areas, The hotel is looking a little tired but didn`t spoil our stay any way, shape or form....

「Very comfortable room and bathroom with all that one needs and furnished to a high standard. Good selection of hot and cold breakfast food which was well presented and constantly re-stocked. Car park fills rapidly, so used the multi-storey 100 metres away which worked out very well. 」
