The property itself is not bad, with a nice location. The staff at the front desk and swimming pool area were satisfactory. However, the cleaning staff did a poor job, leaving behind cobwebs and dust in the room. The room temperature was not regulated well, with some guests feeling too cold due to the inactive heating system. The bathroom was particularly dirty. I recommend improving the cleanliness.

I liked everything except finding a pubic hair on the bed sheet when I pulled back the cover. Sheet looked clean and I assume it had been washed but somehow this remnant remained. I would have thouhgt housekeeping would notice / check for such things when making the bed. Grossed me out somewhat.

Lovely hotel

It was a lovely stay overall. Swimming pool on site which was lovely. We did get woken up around 2am by fire alarm which scared us a lil. Breakfast was great and staff at breakfast was lovely. Overall lovely stay.
