「コロナ対策で朝食サービスが簡易的であったが、状況を考慮すると許容可能な内容。スタッフはフレンドリーで、清潔感もあり、価格との比較で、満足度は高い。また利用したい。」

「We enjoyed our two night stay, the food was good and their were main meals and lighter bites to choose from, the breakfast was excellant. My daughter enjoyed the pool. The room was clean and sufficient for us.」

「イギリスっぽくないホテルです。広いし、清潔で、バスローブもついていて、ベッドサイドに充電プラグと電話を置ける椅子があるのが良かった。スタッフは、受付とレストランを兼任でした。前夜に頼むと朝食が３ポンド安くなります。レストランはおいしいし、スタッフもとても親切でしたが、少し高いように思いました。」

「I experienced some minor glitches which was resolved and I would like to stay here again on my next visit. The room, especially bathroom was very clean, air conditioning was in good working order and the bed was very comfortable. I am unsure though why they have stopped supplying the little 2-pack biscuits to go with your tea or coffee and glad I didn’t have the kids with me cos they love it🤔. The reception staff were polite, professional, friendly and helpful.👍 Complimentary cookie and ice...

「Nice hotel, got some great parts done ok parts. Check in on Saturday was very slow. Not sure why, but it took 25 mine to get checked in as some customers ahead of us, seemed to take forever to get resolved. Not sure why that was, staff, systems, or booking issues... Who knows, but with only 2 people before us, 25 mins is not great. The hotel is nice though,service is good, rooms are good, no real complaints. The lifts are very slow though and we thought they would break at any...

「The menu was varied both at breakfast and in the evening. Well stocked bar. The room was very hot, even with the provided fan but the bed was comfortable. Kept having to log back in on the internet, which elderly relatives found very tiresome. It would have been useful to have more written information, such as a selection of tourist brochures.」

「It was a shame that I didn’t arrive until the early hours of the morning. I didn’t get to sample the facilities that were available as I had to leave in the morning. The staff were lovely and the standard of the hotel is excellent. The price I paid for the room and breakfast was also very reasonable」

「Perfectly acceptable room and worth the price paid. Definitely more down the budget route. A mini fridge would be useful 」
