「英語がわからず色々ホテルのアメニティを使いこなせなかったがフロントの方が部屋まで来て丁寧に説明してくれた。忙しい中ご対応いただき大変感謝。居心地もよく大変安心して泊まれました。またノッティンガムに来た時はここに泊まりたいです」

「車での宿泊がメインなのでしょうが、バスで行くと日本人には中々難しい道のりでした。タクシーの運転手には「リズリー、ホリデイイン」で通じます。Derbyまでバスで20分ほどで2.6ポンドです。慣れてしまえばさほど不便ではないかと。 トイレの水が流れにくいのはイギリスではどこでもそうなのでしょうか？（笑 部屋などは清潔ですごしやすく、イギリスらしい風光明媚な田舎の雰囲気が楽しめます。 朝食は10ポンドとちょっと高いですが、ビュッフェ形式で濃厚なソーセージやベーコン、ベイクドビーンズ、フルーツなどがあり、けっこうおいしいです。 従業員の方達も親切で丁寧で、片言しか話せない日本人でも安心できると思います。」

「We had a lovely stay at the Bingham Townhouse. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. It was quiet despite being at the front (roadside) of the hotel. The room had an effective blackout blind to keep the light out. Biscuits and hot chocolate were supplied, as well as the usual tea & coffee... and a bath!! Such a nice addition after months of Travelodge/Premier Inn stays! The staff were very polite, friendly and welcoming and the breakfast was fabulous with full English and continental...

「An excellent well equiped comfortable room. But would have liked more than 5 coat hangers in the wardrobe for our clothes. Informed reception when checking out and they said theyd ask housekeeping to correct」

「The staff were all very kind and friendly. I am Japanese and my English is not very good, but they treated me with great courtesy. The only thing that concerned me was that the shampoo was not replenished during my stay, though I believe it would have been resolved if I had simply asked.」

「素晴らしい伝統的なB&B。古い建物をリノベーションされていて美しいアンティーク家具や装飾の部屋は広く、とても掃除が行き届いていてキレイだった。部屋のトラブルにも事前の報告があり、親切な対応をしてくださり満足でした。そして何と言っても朝食‼完璧なイングリッシュブレックファーストでめちゃくちゃ美味しかったです。」

「少し中心からは離れるが、部屋は清潔でコスパは良い。赤ちゃん連れだったが、ベビーコットはもちろん、グランドフロア(日本の一階)にあるバスタブ付きの部屋にしてくれた。朝ごはんもホットミール、コールドミールともにあり必要充分。ジムも狭いが最低限の設備はある。」
