「The hotel itself was fine. Clean and comfortable beds. However I booked my reservation more than 3 months ago - two rooms. When we checked in they asked for my id and credit card 3 times and then told me our rooms were not together a they couldn’t make changes. We were as far apart as we could have been. Thankfully we were traveling with another couple but had it been my children it would have been unacceptable. The front desk staff were too busy talking to each other to pay attention to...

「Bathroom was dirty and had hair everywhere. The light above the mirror didn't work at all. Air conditioning was poor. Main lobby floor was sticky and dirty. 」

「My TV didn’t work and I called for assistance. I was told the maintenance person was taking someone to the airport and would check on my tv after his return. I never received any response. The next morning I was getting ready to go to an event for my friend who was performing at Tempe Center for the Arts and the hair dryer in my room was not working. I had to leave the hotel with wet hair. So I had no television in a hotel for 24 hours and I had to leave looking like a wet dog. This experience...

「This is one of the best Home2Suites I have stayed in (out of about 12). Everyone is so nice. The place is super clean. The housekeeping staff are true pros! Very dog friendly and the pool and outdoor spaces are great. There is an area for dogs to go and a great path to walk on the next door golf course. Breakfast was good too!」

「We had a Kitchen in theory, as we had no microwave and no pots and pans to use for the stove/oven. The fridge didn't keep things very cold. The wifi was spotty and not particularly reliable as we had to use our cellphone as a hotspot. We had to ask for the password and network. Basically, if you want a basic crash and burn place this is fine. The AC was fine, but there were no trash cans in the room. 」

「Rooms were awesome. I had four kiddos and a dog and they were able to move me from a 2nd floor room to a 1st floor room, per my request, so my crew didn't bother other guests. The heated pool and jacuzzi were highlights. Also, the outside barbeque and hangout area. I didn't want to leave.」

「Really a great small hotel. We are in town for Mayo Hospital, and this is a great location at a very reasonable price. Fountain Hills is really great. Upscale, great restaurants, a very nice sports bar a block away. 」
