「My family enjoyed the hotel and staff however we experienced a couple of large waterbug on our room wall over the headboard and in the closet. Additionally the jacuzzi jets were missing and didn't provided a therapeutic experience in any of the jacuzzis. Hopefully you'll have someone address these issues especially the large waterbugs or large roaches, after trying to catch and kill them, we had to place a large towel under the main room door. 」

「日程全てスイートルームで予約確定していたが、初日はスタンダードルームだった。2日目と3日目はスイートルームに変更となったが、料金は全てスイートルームの料金で請求が届いた。チェックアウトが早朝だったため、クレームも受け付けてもらえなかった。初日の宿泊費の差額を返金して欲しい。」
