"It's probably the worst hotel I've ever stayed. There are no windows that you can open. You can't even pull the curtain aside because people walking in the hallway see you. It's like prison. The room smelled mold. The hotel smells marijuana and it's not allowed but I guess they don't care about it. The room was very dirty. The hotel needs a big renovation. There's water dripping from the upper floors when you're walking in the hallway. Housekeeping staff needs to be changed completely. They're doing a terrible job. Housekeeping manager also needs to be replaced with an experienced manager. This hotel obviously hires cheap labor. I don't recommend this hotel to anyone. Find a nicer and safer hotel. This hotel is in a bad area. There were fights during the night. I didn't feel safe or clean at all."

"we had an ocean front suite which was excellent. A major problem however that I reported to the staff on checkout that both sets of sliders to the balcony were so rusted and corroded at the base track that the door was almost impossible to open and close. It took quite an effort to open them from the outside and children or older people could really have a safety problem in not being able to get back in. This if true in the other units needs to be taken care of quickly as it is a serious safety issue. parking at $60 per day is also quite exhorbitant."

"The staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. We had food at the pool - delicious, fresh and speedy service. Likewise with room service for dinner. This property has had a wow factor refurb, and is stunning. Wish we had stayed here pre cruise, as it’s a cut avo e the tired / old and over priced beach front properties."
