The location is excellent, with great restaurants nearby. Breakfast was fine, although they need something like a bran cereal. My biggest issue was the housekeeping, which I believe was based on too few staff members. The rooms were not vacuumed and I received a different number of towels each day. Front desk staff was excellent.

The room was very well layed out and comfortable. TVs did not have Netflix or other streaming options. Internet was free but slow. Manager was excellent as he helped us load our car. Overall a very pleasant experience. We will book it again.

The pluses: room came with buffet breakfast in the morning. Also, for whatever reason, maybe it was my car, but they allowed me to park it right up front. That essentially was the valet people, and they were rewarded for that. You should know there’s a $25 a night parking fee. However, on the downside, I did not get the VIP treatment. I should have being an Expedia VIP member. There’s nobody to get your luggage up to your room like most fine hotels .. this really was a no-frills hotel and for $500+ a night I expected more. Stayed 2 night , housekeeping forgot to clean my room ….not a great experience ….maybe I am spoiled ..

Great hotel

The room was so clean my jamaican mother had zero complaints. Iykyk. Great breakfast and all staff were pleasant. I dont like paying $25 a night for parking but at least the lots are four floors up.
