"The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The room fridge wasn't working at all though, and the lights in the parking lot were so bright it was like broad daylight at midnight. The blackout curtains couldn't keep out the light."

"There was a weird vibration that would come and go through the entire building. Happened at all times of the day. When I asked they said it may be the washing machines. Also unfortunately had to listen to an alarm beginning at 5 am for two hours in an unoccupied room next door. Otherwise, room was nice and clean and bathroom was clean."
