This is my third visit. My first visit i was in Room 421. There was no heat in the room. They moved us to Room 424. I paid for Mobile Accessibility. The room they moved me to didnt have that.
My next visit i asked to be put on the 2nd floor for medical reason. The young man who checked me in said i had to pay 15 for parking. I told him my first visit i wasnt told that. He had the personality of watching wet paint dry.
My last visit which was Feb 4th. I was in Room 223 again. The heat wasnt working again. I called downstairs. Miranda came up. She saw that the heat wasnt warm at all. She put it on Auto and it start warming up. You need to make sure all the heat is working in these rooms. We are in Durham once a month for my best friend's cancer treatments and we choose this place to stay. We will be looking for somewhere to stay when we come back Feb 16-18. My best friend needs accommodations because of the treatments and we need a place that will not have so many issues.
