「They had no record of my confirmed reservation. Due to a glitch with Expedia and their system. It took nearly 2 hours to get into a room. But the Manager and the woman at the counter worked hard for us. The bed was too high to sit on, and the mattress was so lightweight it slid when trying to get up onto it. So I had to have my daughter hold the mattress in place while I attempted to get partially onto it then run around and help me finish climbing on to the slipping mattress. I couldn’t sit...

「空港からもショッピングセンターからも近く、食事のアクセスも便利。清潔だが設備は古め。」

「I stayed the hotel for 6 nights. What I most dislike about this hotel is the card key. Often times I needed to inside and out the card key because of unrecognizable. Most staff are friendly, the room I stayed was clean enough (except some cups in the shelf). Caution before using stuffs in the shelf, some of them were unwashed. 」

「早朝の飛行機に搭乗するために、エアポートシャトルが有ることを重視して宿泊しました。チェックインもスムーズで、部屋も快適で、全く問題ありませんでした。もう少し値段が安ければ良いと思います。」

「I had a great stay at The Westin Raleigh-Durham Airport. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and very clean. One of the highlights was the fantastic gym on the 10th floor, with plenty of cardio equipment and amazing views. The rooftop terrace with the small pool was also a really nice touch and perfect for relaxing after a long day. I would definitely stay here again.」
