She was sweet but definitely not a good fit for the first thing you encounter when you come into this hotel. She was on her phone and she kept yawning and saying how tired she was. The bar and breakfast staff were very friendly and professional though. My biggest complaint is we could hear every little thing the walls are so thin and we could hear someone stomping above us until 1 AM. I even had a sound machine. "
