Front desk staff had bad communication skills. Asking simple questions got confusing answers. Ordered a tea upin checkin and never received it. Tried to change credit cards at checkin and were told expedia already processed payment. I was unaware tgey did that. Paid for upgraded room and sitting area consisted of a modern futon that was incredibly uncomfortable for a couch to watch tv.
