I booked through Expedia and had a confirmed reservation, but upon arrival after an 8-hour drive, the front desk informed me it was canceled—which was not true. I was then asked to pay more, only to be given a dirty room with roaches and unclean towels, later switched to another poor room. The whole process took 1.5 hours late at night, and I’m still unsure who will refund the extra amount I paid"

"You get to the lobby and feel like you can't breathe, the smell of cigarrets and weed is too much. I got there very late, there was a guy asking to borrow hot spot and walking around, but the lady at the lobby was very nice and helpful. "
