"The location and staff were fantastic. I feel the nightly price was way too high for the very basic amenities and not extremely clean room. There is a $14.99 daily fee that they don’t tell you about unless you scan the QR code that is behind the keys in the envelope they give you at check in. It explains that the fee covers bottled water, coffee service, pool, as well as some discounts at area businesses. But, our room had no waters, the pool looked nice but it’s off season, the coffee is available in the lobby but they don’t tell out that. I did ask about it, especially no water in the room and they waived the fee. But it’s something to be mindful of. Additionally, the AC is on some kind of timer, we lowered it so the room would be cool when we got back from being out, I woke up in the middle of the night sweating to the setting being at 85*. I lowered it again to 68* and when we woke up in the morning it was at 75*. When I first learned of unscripted, I was excited, seemed like a very cool spot, with kitschy vibes but they missed the mark or dropped their standards since opening. "

"Staff were very professional and friendly, from the valet to the check in and check out people, to each housekeeping staff member we passed by. Bed was not great. Nice, spacious room and bathroom. "

"Everything was perfect- plenty of supplies, including items typically forgotten on a trip. The kitchen looked well stocked with dishes & utensils, even though we didn't cook a single thing on our sister's weekend. Easy access to everywhere we wanted to go (especially DPAC) and lots of local places to eat. "

"My family and I had a great stay here. I noticed another comment stating its not in the "best area" it's just an older, culturally rich neighborhood and clearly people are finding the value in that and investing in it. It's close to downtown, RTP, the airport and if traffic is forgiving you can be in Raleigh in about 20 minutes! The house is amazing, beautifully appointed and the pictures are accurate. The host is very easy to reach and responds very quickly. I so appreciate that! This will be the first place I check for availability when my family and I return to the area."

"The house was wonderful. Great attention to detail, beautiful, and very comfortable. It was located in a modest, old community, but we felt very safe. There was another, seemingly identical, house going up next door, and the construction noise was inconvenient since I was there for a medical procedure. Otherwise, the house was perfect. "
