Staff was very friendly and helpful, especially Micky and the other lady. However it really is a two star hotel in terms of cleanliness. Lots of bugs on the floor and overall low quality room.

I like that both front desk ladies were super sweet and professional to me with every interaction. I appreciated all the info I was given at check in. I loved the onsite officer who helped me get my room key fixed no questions no problems when I called the after hours number. They helped me at the window when I got locked out my room and they were so nice about it. I would say I didn't like that there was always a guy waiting at the check in counter everytime I need to go to the check in area. It was just uncomfortable to have a guy watching over my check in information and seeing my room number.

The natural woodsy surroundings gives a greater sense of privacy and natural beauty along with the flocks if Canadian geese that fly over and rest in the creek nearby.

I did find some bugs in the room this time, but they were all dead. There were also some stains on the towels, but it's the first time I've seen that here. Everything in the room worked except the TV remote and the USB outlet. Good water pressure. Friendly staff that really tries to look out for you.

I called to speak with an Expedia rep after being told I could only get a partial refund. The place is filthy, in an unsafe neighborhood, and in horrid condition. It should not be listed. The staff who i met briefly is nice though! I expect a full refund. Thank you.

I guess you get what you pay for. The room smelled like cigarettes and weed, there were cockroaches, and no toilet paper. The bed was comfortable, but everything else in the room was old and worn out.

I'm 63 years old and have done a lot of traveling, and this was by far the worst condition of a hotel I've ever seen. It's very old and run down and the rooms stink. We had 2 rooms. The elevator was broke and one in our party has mobility problems. The rooms were reserved at the same time but they gave us 1 room on the 2nd floor and 1 on the 3rd, on opposite ends of the building. The rooms had an strong, musty odor. Our room also had a faint odor of dog poop. In addition, the stair railing was loose on the end where the disabled person had to be helped up the stairs was which is very dangerous. The lobby stays locked overnight and is not unlocked until 11am. There is also a chain link fence around the property with gates, we didn't wait up to see if they locked the gates at night. We did enjoy a good meal at Golden Corral which is accross the parking lot from the hotel, that was the highlight of the night. The bed were comfortable. There was no phone in the rooms and no instructions as to how to get help with problems, we couldn't call the front desk because it closes at 7pm and couldn't find any number to reach the hotel either in the room or on the Expedia app. If I ever need a room in this city again and the only available room is at this hotel and the next nearest available room is 50 miles away, I'm driving the 50miles and commuting back and forth.

The smoke detector was on table with the bare wires hanging from the ceiling. There were brown funky stuff on the walls. The door didn't close right. It wasn't safe to stay so I had to book another hotel completely.
