"Somewhat disappointed. Sink was stopped up on arrival, however it was repaired rather quickly. WiFi was non-existent. Room was very clean and staff was helpful. I would give it a 7 out of 10 for the price. I would stay again."

"Very pleasant and helpful staff. My wife is very mobility challenged. The first room they gave us was at the end of a very long hallway. When I raised it as an issue, they immediately moved us to a room much closer to the elevator and a much shorter walk. The entrance is a challenge with about 10 steps up to the lobby, but there is a handicapped ramp and also a handicapped lift. The front desk has to operate the lift but they were always available to help. On returns to the hotel, i would call them on my cell phone and someone would immediately come out to assist. The breakfast buffet was excellent. The room was very comfortable. Everything was excellent."

"Great location. Walking distance to Anything you’d want to do in Key West. Housekeeping staff very attentive. Valets very friendly and quick to attend. Room was clean spacious and bed comfortable. Restaurant was just OK. Staff there not as friendly and attentive. Pool was ok."

"This resort is AMAZING!!!! If you don't want to, you never have the leave the resort, as EVERYTHING IS THERE!!! The Mojito Bar is awesome, food is great!!! Bartender Lana at the Mojito Bar is THE BEST!!! THE ENTIRE STAFF IS AMAZING!!! GOING BACK, I THINK IN FEW WEEKS, AGAIN!!!!"
