The only thing missing was warmer weather so we could enjoy the pools more but that is not the hotel’s fault that we had bad timing and came when it was cold out. "We stopped for a very brief one night stay before boarding the Mon Cherie Cruise HaLong Bay..it was comfortable, quiet and provided hot breakfast. The swimming pool is lovely..we ate at a great local Italian restaurant in very close walking proximity Vinace. A perfect 20 hour stop over."

"The highlight of my Vietnam trip I had a blast. My main issue was with their lack of coordination when it came to payment. They sent me a false billing statement that I had email about to be reassured I wasn’t being over charged. Then on the voyage, they wrongly tried to overcharge us for cocktails, and we had to insist that the manager was wrong to sort out the charge.
