"When I arrived, my room had trash in the fridge, which smelled badly. There were a lot of gnats and bugs inside. You have zero control over the air conditioning - it’s a freezer box even when you turn the air off or to 80 degrees. It’s constantly blowing on high. There was a water issue while I was there in which we didn’t have running water for about 8 hours- they did get this fixed but it was definitely a nuisance. Housekeeping only came one time- I was there for 5 days. The pools are much smaller than advertised and offer minimal shade"

"We had the very best stay at this property! The check in process was seamless and easy, we were given amazing recommendations of restaurants and how to get around. The drivers around property were responsive and always so sweet and friendly! Ersan and Eric and the whole crew made getting around easy and enjoyable! The pool was beautiful and full of kids and fun for my group. We enjoyed our stay immensely and would recommend to others! It is a large campus and old but felt like that was part of the charm. No complaints from our stay and so glad we chose to stay here! "
