「My recent stay at Mt. Olympus Resort was very disappointing. Late at night, a serious incident occurred on our floor involving a hotel security guard allegedly cornering a teenage guest. Moments later, another woman came forward saying her 14-year-old relative was missing. The situation caused panic among families, and the response from hotel staff was disorganized and unprofessional. The police were called, and chaos continued for hours with shouting and people running through the hallways....

「Great overall stay. The indoor pool and hot tub are very large and nice...and warm. Its a great location to be able to walk to the Egg Harbor shops/restaurants/bars. The only suggestion is that the rooms need a little TLC and some items needed a little maintenence. I do not like that they do not offer full room cleaning...just towel swaps. We would gladly stay again.」

「All staff were great and kind to us except one. Austin at the waterfront bar. He was rude, expected us to know what we wanted to order the second we sat down. Rolled his eyes, processed to ignore us and served/check on other customers. When we asked him to break a $20 he again rolled his eyes. The bartender Thomas at the westbar was an absolute joy to see and speak too. One of our favorites to see at the end of the day. Wish the massages didn’t fill up so fast but understandable.
