「Terrible from get go- my travel partner is in a wheelchair and the elevator was broken the entire time we were there. Had to get her a different room in the holiday inn across the street. I made my way up 3 flights of stairs to the room every single time. No staff around at check in. It’s self serve. Walls are so thin could hear the neighbors and on two of the nights I was there alarms went off. Once was an alert and then another night was a fire alarm at almost 11pm. We had to evacuate. 「A lovely setting, only stopped one night, booked it for visiting British masters at the Belfry, ideal and lovely clean room , can't speak about food , we didn't eat , but plenty in the dining room were Top marks 👌」

「The shower in our room was broken so you could either get Scalding hot water or freezing cold water. I like a shower before I’m going out and again in the morning, this was impossible, this really impacted on my stay here.」

「Would definitely never stay or recommend this hotel to anyone, we expected noise due to being a pub, but the noise was ridiculous till 2.30am even the bed was vibrating, very disappointed ruined our weekend 😔」

The room was comfortable and pleased to see coffee bags rather than the disgusting tubes of Nescafe which most hotels do. There were a couple pf things which werent so good but it wouldnt stop me staying again. In the evening the water took a while to warm up which was ok however in the morning it didnt at all.
