「We did not use the laundry service. Shopping was great. My daughter has been a big Bills fan since her college years. She’s 55 now and being in that house and sharing the experience with her 16 year old son and Mom was a joy! I haven’t seen her this excited in a very long time.」

「We came in for my family reunion at chesnut ridge. Jyl was awesome at communication and the place was in a beautiful setting felt safe for kids to be out and about. A plus was my sisters family stayed right next to us so that was very fun for all of us!! Great stay location to get to EA, nlNiagara Falls etc and people! Thank you for everything! The Crosby family (drove in from Minnesota)」

「Very convenient location for the Southtowns and Buffalo. The owner checked to see if we needed anything. I am familiar with Orchard Park so I found it easy to get around.」

「Hotel is currently renovating. We had 2 rooms. First room was freshly painted however the shower leaked into the main room causing the floor to be soaked. Front desk noted. Hopefully it is fixed for the next guest. Second room the AC was weak. It worked just took a while to cool down. The oven was broken so the included breakfast was only pastries and some bread items.」

「I felt for a newer hotel it should have been maintained better in the rooms. Also when you walked into the lobby you were hit by a cleaning supply smell. I mean I am glad they clean but it was a bit overwhelming」
