「Just an amazing experience for any bills fan. We came up for the weekend so my son could do the Jim Kelly clinic and just had a blast. My kids were constantly pointing out the memorabilia they didn't notice before. It just goes on and on. Can walk to the stadium. The host was great with communication. Really can't imagine this not being the first option for when we come back.」

「We came in for my family reunion at chesnut ridge. Jyl was awesome at communication and the place was in a beautiful setting felt safe for kids to be out and about. A plus was my sisters family stayed right next to us so that was very fun for all of us!! Great stay location to get to EA, nlNiagara Falls etc and people! Thank you for everything! 「This place was just right for our needs, right up the street from the stadium. Everything was clean even in the smallest corners, no dust. Rob was very responsive, he even dropped off a fire pit that we used to bring in my birthday. I'd definitely stay here again or any other property that Rob owns.」

The house was very spacious with just about every amenity you would need. Cleanliness at its finest. Very easy self checkin and the host was so very kind and attentive (although we didn’t need anything) they made sure we had everything. Great communication. Plenty of parking.」

「This property was one of the very best my family has ever stayed at. The location for walking to the Bills game was perfect! The pictures on site are accurate and the interior design of the home with the Bills theme was exceptional. The coffee bar and wine fridge was amazing. The meticulous landscaped property has so many places to enjoy outside including the fire pit area, lawn snd garden area, outside garage seating area and the upstairs outside balcony perfect for morning coffee. 「I cannot say enough about how idyllic this property is. The setting is absolutely gorgeous and the cottage has any possible amenity you could need. The view from every window is so peaceful. The hosts are great, and I’m grateful they share this lovely slice of heaven! The four of us made a couple of meals in the great kitchen and had fun catching up and relaxing before our family events. The photos do not do it justice! I am already thinking of future events so I can come back!」
