The staff was very friendly and accommodating, but this hotel is extremely dated and in desperate need of updates, especially the carpets throughout. I’m not say the hotel was not clean, but the worn and stained carpets give it that impression.

Staff was very friendly, room was clean, hotel felt secure. It was all I needed for a weekend stay. The hotel is clearly an older one, I didn’t need all the bells and whistles. For the price and service level I received I would stay here again for a short stay.

Our room was very clean & comfortable. We found the staff exceptionally welcoming and very nice throughout our stay. While some areas of the hotel are being upgraded, due to new ownership, it is a well maintained hotel.

This is an old vintage hotel, it has so much character and the hospitality is above and beyond! The hotels staff are ethically diverse with beautiful sense of community in welcoming guests! The honey moon suit was exceptional and wonderful to be able to take lounge in personal sauna tub for two. I’ll be back again when visiting family in Buffalo
