「One of the reasons we booked this hotel was because of the Expedia Gold status VIP perks.When asked about it during check in the reception was very cold and would not honour perks as promoted. Very disappointed as this was a first with any Expedia bookings. Will not be back.」

「Our room was perfect and exactly what we needed for a relaxing and comfortable weekend. Our patio faced the lake and was a nice spot for morning coffee.」

「Good location, view but the building is old, hitting system is loud and we couldn't turn it off.( becouse of the noise and drift) Also, parking not included in our stay and on the reception they didnt inform us. TV remote very complicated and I couldn't use it to turn off the TV,so I had to turn off manually. Pool was ok,hot tub was ok but switch didnt work to turn it on.」

「The patio door didn’t work properly and we were told by the maintenance man that having to lift and drag the door to open and close it was ok and nothing needed to be done. The door was obviously in need of repair. The fire alarm went off one night about midnight and we evacuated to the lobby. We looked for direction from hotel staff but there was no hotel staff in the building and a guest had to call 911. Someone we assumed was hotel staff arrived just before the fire department but he never...

「The lady that ran the place was super friendly and helpful. There were lots of pillows and towels and everything was in good working order.」

「Overall clean and accommodating. Let’s us check in a touch early and have a late check out which worked so good for our 1year olds schedule. Staff were very friendly and the room was great. 」
