「I normally do not write reviews; but, wanted to for this hotel. It is a small quaint hotel. It actually has a small pool and hot tub with incredible views. It is actually located in Vezio right outside of Varenna. At first, I was concerned about the location from Varenna. However, Rita the proprietor made sure we had transportation from the train station as well as to and from all of our points of interest. We seriously wanted for nothing. Rita and the staff made sure all our needs were taken...

「I had an amazing experience at Al Molo 5. The breakfast with a beautiful lake view was truly unforgettable, and the hotel itself is super clean and well maintained. The staff were very friendly and welcoming throughout my stay. I recommend coming by car, as there isn’t much within walking distance, but the on-site restaurant is excellent — great food, very romantic atmosphere, and the whole area is quiet and peaceful. Overall, a wonderful place to relax. Highly recommended!」

「The place was amazing, very friendly and helpful staff, super centrally located, with a mini mart around the corner and two excellent restaurants within a minute walk (Toto and Amblé). Nice strong hot shower, the breakfast hall makes you feel like a Medici, and the view from the roof top terrace was breathtaking. 」
