「La spa veramente ottima 」

「部屋は広くバルコニーも付いていてとても快適でした。滞在２日目から少し肌寒く空調機の温風が作動しなかったのでその点のみ不満です。しかし、フロントの方はとても親切で旅をサポートしてくれました。街の中心部からは離れていますが、その分窓からの自然の眺めを楽しめ、リラックスできる雰囲気です。総合的な滞在の満足度は高いです。」

「隣室及び外部音の遮音性が悪い」

「Location was nice right on the lake. The breakfast was great. Staff at check in were good but otherwise no real contact with many. The room had an unusual set up and was difficult to access/store our bags. There was no surface or space big enough to put them (we had small bags!). The shower was in the same room as the bed. Bathroom area was clean and modern except it only had a sheer curtain on the giant window and didn’t offer much privacy when the lights were on (this was REALLY weird!). It’s...

「Wir haben auf der Durchreise eine Nacht hier verbracht und sind völlig begeistert. Die Zimmer sind geräumig, sauber und in einem sehr guten Zustand. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut mit einer riesigen Auswahl. Wir werden auf jedem Fall wieder kommen. Wir und unser Hund haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.」

「Building itself is not very new, but it's all clean and confortable. As the first bike hotel in Como area, their support was perfect, not only cycling but also how to get/out to their hotel. Enough information and very good relationship with others in Bellagio. I appreciated thiei free laundry service, which we can get cleaned clothes just after 2hours after we handed them. Their location is fantastic also. A bit far from city center but that was better for me. I had a very relaxing night...
