I had a great stay at LVG Hotel in Bergamo. The location was extremely convenient and made it very easy to get around the area. What really stood out was the level of service from the front desk and housekeeping staff. The front desk was always friendly, helpful, and accommodating whenever I needed assistance. Daily housekeeping was also excellent. No matter what time of day I left my room or needed it attended to, the housekeeping team always made the effort to accommodate my schedule and ensure everything was clean and taken care of. That level of flexibility and attention to guests really made a difference during my stay. Very convenient location, excellent service, and a genuinely helpful team. I would definitely stay here again when returning to Bergamo. Highly recommended!

Great airport hotel

This was a very good hotel to rest at before our flight. Swimming pool situation is confusing (need a cap for indoor pool, pay €15 for outside). But apart from that it was very comfortable and the young man in the desk helped us with many many questions. I would definitely stay again.

Clean and Up to Date

The facility is clean and fairly up to date. I encourage them to switch from pastlic cups, which are bad for the environment, to cups from paper, or other recyclable materials.

Below basic standard and rude front desk

The only good thing about this hotel is the indoor golf and leisure centre next door! Front desk was rude, unfriendly, unhelpful and completely absent in the morning. Room comfortable but not neariy enough tea/coffee facilities and zero milk provided! No shampoo/products provided either and for nearly €150 for 1 night I would have at least expected breakfast or milk in my room, oh and someone on the front desk to help when needed in the morning too! Kettle over boils and didn’t switch off nearly scolding me. Beds were comfortable and size of room decent but everything else was so poor and when I tried to speak to front desk re this they were rude and unhelpful.

The gym and pools aren’t the hotel’s. There is a leisure centre across the parking lot from the hotel. You need to book, but even them, got turned away. Decent as 3 star hotel, but do not book for the amenities.

The so-called airport shuttle involves the hotel giving you the phone number of a private taxi who you need to then arrange your own ride to for 45 euros each way for a 15 minute ride from the airport to the hotel. So add 90 euros to your cost for their hotel shuttle. Also, their so-called 2-bedroom apartment is two regular rooms with a connecting door, not an actual 2-bedroom apartment. Basically another exaggeration. These were the two main reasons I booked this hotel and feel like I got tricked.

The property is 12 miles from Bergamo. Looks like regular Motel 6 along the highway. I don’t know why it’s called Bergamo something. The restaurant at the hotel works only two days a week. Nazar restaurants or bars in the area. Basically speaking the hotel is in the middle of nowhere.
