Location and facilities are good, great shopping and dining options available and close to Petronas towers however a tour would require booking in advance before your stay. The rooms are starting to look a little dated however all adds to the charm."

The staff are fantastic and the location is phenomenal if one wants to stay in central Kuala Lumpur.
