It was great hotel. Staffs were friendly and room was nice and spacious. One thing though, even after I showed them and email about the 10 MYR per night tourism tax will be paid by Expedia at Check in, they still asked me again to pay at check out. It didn't happend at my other hotel, Le Meridien at all. Other than that, it was great stay.

Wonderful resort with incredible staff who made us feel special and very comfortable. Beatiful grounds, great pool area, restaurants were all lovely. I genuinely can’t fault this experience.

A nice place to stay, although the Friday traffic. To get there was terrible ( no fault of the hotel)

Depressing bathrooms , hotel great otherwise

After a terrible check-in process (lack of training) the hotel was great . One thing though the bathrooms are depressing and tired .

Fantastic service

We were there for hubby's 50th birthday. We had the Ocean View Suite and it had a great view. The room was somewhat dusty which is not gr8 for my asthmatic husband, but the Housekeeping Manager, Wong Syen, took care of that. He also coordinated with his colleagues at the teppanyaki restaurant to throw for my husband a surprise celebration. Its really wonderful how service-oriented the staff is
