Wonderful location with breathtaking views. Fantastic facilities including a superb pool for swimming laps. But most importantly of all are all the amazing individuals that work here. Our stay at The Westin Langkawi was absolutely amazing! The resort is stunning, but what truly made it special was the incredible staff. Everyone was so friendly and attentive, and a special thanks goes to Marie, who was amazing, helpful and warm. Highly recommend this resort and can’t wait to return!

The staff were amazing. I would give the service an 11/10 if I could. The pool areas and common areas were well maintained. There is a wonderful variety of pools. We also enjoyed the food. The rooms were a disappointment. While roomy and very clean, they do not meet the standards of a five star resort I would say three stars at best. The upholstered furnishings were old and stained. Things didn’t work properly in the room. The hallway carpets were also old and stained. In need of an upgrade. The area is lovely. Nature comes to you with beautiful birds and entertaining monkeys as you lounge by the pool.

Location, staff, service and food was impeccable! The only thing that has stopped me from rating an excellent is the age and condition of the villa we stayed in. Always clean, spotless and fantastic in room service, inside and out just showing its age in a very humid climate. Room needs a coat of paint and a furnishing freshen up. Apart from that, a great option for privacy and a great size for a couple on an extended stay. Great value overall, with a full board package truly enjoyed the stay.

Service and staff are wonderful, views to the sea are fantastic and having a few different pool areas with a separate adult only pool was great. however the look and feel of the hotel is quite tired/old and not feeling up to 5 stars.

Great resort for either families or older couples. Good facilities and 5 star luxury overall although some parts of the building and rooms are starting to show their age - would strongly recommend as still offers 5 star quality at a competitive rate

Stayed 4 nights in October. The view is amazing. Rooms are big and clean and cool. Did have a monkey peek into our room, but that was our fault - the balcony says 'don't leave the door open because of monkeys... Really excellent facilities - we used the big gym, all the pools, the beach was gorgeous, staff really lovely. Great water sport options as well. Only complaint is the aircon was so loud we couldn't put it on at night time, so we cooked a bit. And why on earth the winter-thickness doona??? Other than that it was a great getaway. loved it.

Great hotel at a good price

Beautiful view that really doesn't get old. The rooms are a good size and they have been updated well. Powerful aircon, reasonably priced drinks and food, great access to the St Regis next door if you want to spend a little more, great private beach that isn't busy at all.

The best resort if you are going to Langkawi. We stayed in a pool villa with private beach. It was one of the best stays we had for some time. Hotel staff are very friendly. The scenery is amazing. Very clean beach. Away from all the hassles. Must try resort.
