「My wife and I had a wonderful time at the Pink Shell! From the food/drink, to the beach, to the facilities was great. What beats all of that is the quality, attentiveness, professionalism and the friendliness of the entire staff. We travel quite a bit and we will be back to see Denise and the outstanding team at the Pink Shell soon. 」

「Would go back, great location and amenities! Not the most well maintained hotel, it's older but has a lot of positives that outweigh the negatives. Pool was very warm and the view from our room was 10/10! Restaurant food was sub par but the street food was delicious, especially the taco place!」

「The property was very well maintained and clean. The room was clean and well kept. We had a group of 8 and there was plenty of room within our two bedroom suite. The pool was great and the kids had a great time within the 5 pools. Service was great and the staff were super nice. 」

「Beautiful property right on the beach. We had a balcony facing the beach that was well equipped with two lounge chairs and a table and chairs. The umbrellas and chairs on the beach were complimentary for guests, which we appreciated. 」

「The location is great but be forewarned that the tiki bar is going pretty much all day and at night until 11/12. It is very loud! You will not escape the music by going to your room. It’s a very nice place to stay if that’s the environment you want. Not great for just trying to relax. 」

「Our unit need a lot of attention. The property has much more construction going on still - more that they explained when I called to check. Somehow we got checked in before we even arrived, which was concerning. The app for activities gives very little info and the employees don’t have any knowledge of them either- we couldn’t figure out where to go for our kayak excursion. 「Room was very clean and brand new. The staff was so helpful. We were able to have a late checkout which gave us some additional time at the pool. The staff also offered for us to enjoy the pool or beach and we could continue to park in lot and take shower in very clean restroom that included towels. Top notch!!! 」

「Parking was great location of hotel perfect , front desk staff needs improvement with people's skills and friendly demeanor, breakfast was very good and clean , cleaning staff was respectful. Need to upgrade hotel room windows outside noise was very awakening . 」
