「We had a very nice stay at the tiny house! (Keep in mind, it is tiny) But very comfortable!! An unique experience and the property was outstanding compared to all the other units in the vicinity. It had a nice spacious canal front deck, and kayaks with a launching deck. Complete mini kitchen and great coffee preps. The beds were very comfortable and unit was very clean and updated. Decorated nicely! Loved the loft! Great alternative to a hotel room. We would definitely stay at Matlacha Tiny...

「I thoroughly enjoyed staying at this beautiful property. It was very nicely upgraded with very comfortable beds. The master bathroom was awesome! The shower had great water pressure! Its located close to many conveniences in downtown Cape Coral. The property manager was very accomodating with my requests. If I’m in the area anytime, I will definitely return to this property.」

「We just returned from SanIbel and thought the condo was above our expectations. Per the description the pool is just a few steps and the walk to the beach was short and easy. We loved the decor and cleanliness of the unit. Beautiful, well appointed kitchen, lovely new bath and beach towels, and everything spotless.」

「Wir waren 1 Woche in der Villa Sunburst in den Osterferien. Im Großen und Ganzen hatten wir eine tolle Urlaubswoche. An der Sauberkeit der Unterkunft kann man mit Sicherheit noch arbeiten! Viele Ameisen, spinnenweben an der Decke etc. Ansonsten ist das Highlight der Unterkunft der große Pool den wir auch ausgiebig genutzt haben. Lage ist super und die Nachbarschaft ist sehr ruhig👍. Wir hatten eine gute Zeit und würden wieder kommen. Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern hat auch einwandfrei...

「We had such a wonderful stay......very clean, extremely well stocked with everything you need, including beach chairs, all kinds of utensils, spices etc.......great layout of the bedrooms for privacy if you need, nice pool, and responsive host. Highly recommend it!」

「The screened in porch was so nice to take our morning coffee to. Plenty of room in the kitchen for two cooks. My daughter in law is waiting on a heart and I wanted to take her on this trip to Florida This house was clean and spacious Met our neighbor across the street and he was so nice」

「Some plumbing issues but were addressed fairly quickly. Pool was not available until basically end of our stay. Condo and building property clean. Lot of vacant properties in the area but making progress.」

「Ralph and Ana are amazing hosts providing amenities for a perfect beach house experience. We were able to enjoy the home/pool and did several local excursions. Cabbage Key was fun. Bowman's Beach has to be one of the nicest, cleanest, and uncrowded beaches in the US- what a treat. We enjoyed the peaceful neighborhood walks in the evenings and at dawn. I highly recommend this place!」

「Always beautiful units, semi secluded area yet so close to Sanibel and fort Meyers, we will be back again this was our second trip to this property just a different unit. Best sunsets even the sunset cruise sat out front for their view, we saw a manatee close to shore too. Can’t say enough good things about this place.」
