「The room was small but clean. Staff was very friendly. 」

「The advertised jetted tub did not work, the bathroom had hair everywhere, the seating area furniture was disgustingly dirty. The front desk was absolutely no help and told me there waa nothing they could do. I will never again stay at Sea Crest Oceanfront.」

「 I’m not usually be one to leave bad reviews but this was just an “okay stay” due to house keeping. After the second day of having our house keeping sign up, no one ever came to clean/ give clean towels, and I had to go to the front office to get fresh towels and I had to take out our own trash. This is after we saw them in the hall way cleaning the room next to us. I did call down after we got back up (2hours later) and yeah, no one came. I was pretty upset about that and the staff up front...

「The property was very clean. Customer Service was very nice my mother and I and my grandbaby we enjoyed our stay and we will be staying again.」

「When we arrived and checked in I was told the ocean front room we reserved and paid for was unavailable and was given a partial ocean view room with a small kitchenette. Not what I wanted since we were only there a few days. The room we had was a connecting room that had no insulation from the door, could hear everything from loud music, t.v's, talking.... at one point someone tried opening our door late at night. I should have went back down and insisted on another room but after a long travel...

「I was in the deluxe suite the door didn’t lock and we had to literally push so hard to open it. The last night we stayed we were locked out our room because I guess the door was dead. So we had to wait for maintenance to come fix it I will say they came pretty fast. All around staff was super nice and efficient. Even tho the door was broke and the room had a funky smell I might book there again. 」

「Parking was great, location is awesome. And it is very clean. Very happy with my stay there. The coffee machine lacked some sort of filter so we couldn't use if, it was our last morning there so I didn't even ask staff maybe they would fix it (no phone in room to call them). But fir the price those are pretty acceptable things.」
