"Beautiful view of Sapporo from the floor to ceiling window wall in our room. Comfortable couch by the window perfect for enjoying the scenery. Beds were Western height and comfortable. Room is only cleaned every other day but they left fresh towels in a bag on our door handle. Only a short and level walk from the north exit of the train station. There is a small 7-11 actually inside the lobby for snack emergencies. Superior hotel. "

"I liked pretty much everything about the place. It had a balcony and had ready access to most parts of Hakodate. The main improvement I would suggest is some form of anti-slip mat in the shower room. "
