「Lovely spa, stunning views from the hotel and great location close to Glasgow airport. Hotel staff very accommodating, allocating bedrooms for family close to one another.」

「Room was great. Food was good, but placing orders was slow. Food arrived promptly though. My biggest problem is your phone system . I tried probably 10- 15 times to call and each time I waited for the 15-20 rings before it cut me off as none was available . The message "Please call back" or similar message came after the timeout period. You must be loosing lots of business by not answering the phone. The only extension that picked up was the golf.」

「The hotel was nicely situated for the locations we wanted to visit and the staff were very helpful in providing guidance to us. We ate in the restaurant twice and enjoyed our meals.」

「Overall good hotel. Location is good being close to the motorways. Hotel was clean and breakfast is good. Booked a superior room, didn't love that it looked onto the event loading area at the back, so would check location of room next time. On the negative side, guest Wi-Fi doesn't work in the rooms, but they did give us an alternative Wi-Fi to use once we highlighted this. Staff are nice but service could be elevated in line with a...
