「Beautiful view of Grand Traverse Bay. Pretty room, very comfortable bed, and we loved the pool area. Very friendly staff, breakfast delivered to our door. We have stayed here before, and it is always a really nice place to stay.」

「The staff was always nice and quick to say hello. The property is beautiful and inviting. The room was clean and updated. You'll find anything you want in the building as well, whether it be electric bike rentals, clothing, or multiple food/drink options.」

「Property is okay but needs to be cleaned a little better. Needs some updating also. Two of us checked in for a 3 night stay. We were given 1 washcloth. Had to ask for more. We had a small kitchenette with a sink, stovetop, and frig. No dish soap or dish clothes or dish towels. They left a roll of paper towels with 2 paper towels left on it. Big help. We had to ask for more wash clothes and hand towels the 2nd morning of our stay. Never got them. Picked them up ourselves after 5pm when...

「Had a good stay there, the room I paid for on Expedia was on the fourth floor with no elevator to the room. Changed to another room that had access to an elevator. The room fan may need adjusted. The toilet is loud when flushed. A secondary flushing sound also can be heard. When I checked out I discovered there was no reduction in the original room, when changing to another room.」
