「夜遅くに到着しましたご、フレンドリーな受付の方で気持ちよかったです。朝ご飯を部屋まで届けてくれるサービスにはとても驚きましたが、便利でした。設備は決して最新のものではありませんが、快適に過ごせました。」

「Great location and beach. The beach was not always cleaned up in the mornings- overflowing trash etc. the room was somewhat clean. Liked that they offer beach towels so you don’t have to pack that. There was one staff member that wouldn’t allow anyone to play games on the beach even where there was empty space. He wasn’t very professional or kind when delivering the message. He instructed guests to go to neighboring properties. Breakfast options are limited which is fine for a night or two.」

「3時前にチェックインにフロントへ。　お部屋の掃除がまだで結局16：30にお部屋へ入れました。 フロントスタッフは謝っていましたが、段取りが悪いことが不信感に繋がりました。 フロント周辺で待っている間に掃除スタッフを5、6人見かけましたので、人手が足りない訳ではなさそうでした。　 私の前にも同様に待っている家族連れいました。 」

「Unfortunately, our stay at Beach Haus was disappointing. While the location near Lake Michigan is beautiful, the property itself didn't match the expectations set by the photos and price. The room felt dated and lacked the level of cleanliness and upkeep we expected. We also found the overall experience to be underwhelming, and the amenities didn't justify the cost. Breakfast was okay but minimal, and the property felt more like a basic motel than the boutique lakeside stay we were hoping for....

「Doing construction. Property lacking attention to detail. Corner rooms are tiny. Boat dock gone, shows in picks. Very little beachfront. Rate just ok, not worth what they are charging.」
