「I asked at check-in what position the room was in, but they did not respond, as I could not sleep with the noise. Unfortunately, the room was noisy. There was also rubbish left in the wastebasket.」

「It is a lovely hotel, very peaceful and quiet area. It could use a bit of redecoration in certain sites but it is clean enough and still very comfortable with all the amenities. Breakfast is superb (I would say above average for the chain hotels) and this is one of the very few hotels where you can actually open the windows! (and there is a garden outside so it is actually pleasant to do). Swimming pool is again maybe a bit old but perfectly good and comfortable to use. It is a great place for a...

「綺麗なホテルです。エグゼクティブダブルルームに4日滞在しました。とても広い部屋で大満足です。 朝食は別料金ですが美味しく、さらに別料金で頼んだアボカドのマフィン乗せなどを楽しみました。 ヒースロー空港までの高速バスの予約がうまくいかなかったのですが、フロントの方が親切にアドバイスしてくれました。」

「ホテルはお城のようで、3泊しましたが、毎日結婚式が行われるような、素敵な場所でした。朝食は美味しかったです。 しかし、泊まるとなると少し違いました。部屋に入って最初にしたことは、窓や天井などのくも退治と蜘蛛の巣取りでした。カップなどが置いてあるトレーにも昆虫がウロウロしてました。冷房がなかったので窓を開けると、色々な虫が入ってきました。自然豊かな場所なので仕方ないかも知れませんが、天井からぶら下がってる埃まみれの蜘蛛の巣は、確実に掃除不足だと思います。 見た目が非常に綺麗なので、中も清潔だったら本当に素敵なホテルだと思います。」

「駅から遠く、バスを乗り換え（1回）しないといけませんが、 タクシーでは10分弱。レンタカーなら問題無し。 とにかく、従業員さんが大変に親切で、朝食にFull English Breakfsast が質、量ともに最高でした。 ロケーションを気にしなければ、とってもよいホテルだと思います。」
