「Good sized room and bathroom. No safe in the room and on the second morning, housekeeping didn't shut the door properly so anyone could have just wandered in. I'd booked room only so can't comment on breakfast. A pleasant stay, however and location is perfect.」

「Really lovely staff, lovely room and great food. Only point to note is that the accomodation is above the pub, so if you go to bed early this may not be the place for you as some of the bar sounds can be heard until closing time.」

「Lovely spacious room with large en-suite. Very clean with water, tea, coffee and hot chocolate. Lovely little extra were the complimentary chocolates and sweets. Breakfast was excellent, excellent options, I had the Avocado on toast with poached eggs which was delicious and coffee was also good quality. Would highly recommend this hotel. Was great value.」

「Lovely old property . Nicely decorated. Staff very helpful and pleasant. Unfortunately my bathroom needed refurbishing the bath was chipped and bath taps loose and parts missing. The window frame was rusty and needed painting. A shame because room decor was pleasant.」

「Comfortable accommodation with friendly professional staff.」
