I was a single traveller, made to feel very welcome. Breakfast was excellent. Room was small but adequate for a single person. En-suite was spacious. Mattress was a little firm for my liking. Fantastic location. All in all an excellent stay.

Great location, close to centre of town. Easy parking. Friendly, helpful staff. Excellent breakfast. Large airy rooms and bathrooms. Well maintained, very clean with few extra complimentary treats in the rooms. Highly recommend a stay here.

Best breakfast and dining room service I have had at a hotel! Fan was provided in the room and the mini fridge was a great bonus. Good shower and very comfortable room. Parking area is very small and tight for larger cars (I parked in Victoria carpark at a cost of £4 for 24 hours so not a huge problem - although be aware it is a pretty steep hill to get up to the hotel). My only negative is check out is 11am yet I had a knock on the door at 10.40am to ask if I was checking out soon?!

Fantastic hotel in town centre at the base of Malvern Hills. We were made very welcome on arrival on checking in and at breakfast. 5 * breakfast before ascending the nearby Malvern Hills. Highly recommended and staff were very informative. We hope to be returning when back in the UK. Thanks to all staff.

Lovely hotel with delightful staff. Room well equipped with tea coffee milk and biscuits. Unfortunately the lift was out of order but this was not a huge problem. The food served is very nice with a good choice but there also plenty of good restaurants close by.

Very very friendly staff ; breakfast exceptional ; rooms in good condition, tho carpets maybe a little tired. Bathrooms looked new and refurbed. Little touches are what make the difference, and the staff clearly really care. I would 100% return.
