フランクリン郡 ホテル

「Muy limpio」

「The property was fresh with lots of wood. Colors and art unique. Spacious rooms with lots of comfort, ie chairs to seat upon. Beds excellent. One minor complaint was the mini split hvac remote control very difficult to digest. Otherwise, one of the best stays ever.」

「Better selection for breakfast would be nice」

「They had an issue with their listing on Expedia. I had screenshot and everything. Expedia wouldn't refund me, because the hotel wouldn't. Unacceptable, when I had screenshot of the issue. Very unprofessional. Front desk employee was not helpful at all and very condescending. No help whatsoever. They are only after your money. I should dispute the charge. I will NEVER book through a 3rd party. Will NEVER STAY AT ANOTHER HOLIDAY INN. Wish I could give 0 stars. Do yourself a favor and stay,...

「The property was horrible, toilet didn’t flush, mold and mildew was in the bathroom and sink area, door to room didn’t lock , a lot of debris was outside the window and the shade or whatever it was didn’t work. My husband and I didn’t stay there and they still charged us for the room after saying he checked us back out.」

「Very clean and practical no nonsense roadside hotel. very good coffee!」

「This place was awful! I reserved a room through hotels.com and when I went to check in, the rude guy at the front desk said they do not use online reservations and refused to let me check in. I showed him the confirmation email and he still said they do not use online reservations. I had to find another hotel to stay at and I had already been charged for this one. Luckily the hotel next door (Rocky Mount Inn) was very nice and the front desk clerk was super helpful.」

「Perfect place to stay if you are coming to Rocky Mount for a show at The Harvester」

「We had a fantastic family stay at Bernard’s Landing. The condo was clean, comfortable, quiet, and a great home base for exploring Smith Mountain Lake. The location was the biggest highlight. We enjoyed the private lakeside beach, pools, walking paths, waterfront views, and beautiful sunsets without needing to drive everywhere. We rented a pontoon from The Dock at Smith Mountain Lake and spent a full day boating, tubing, swimming, and relaxing on the water. We also visited Smith Mountain Lake...

「We loved the tiny cabin! Great communication with our host and plenty of amenities for a weekend trip to the mountains.」

「Good vacation, nice place to stay. As advertised.」

「Remote didn't work staff didn't care. Mattress was uncomfortable. Bathroom sink water was cold. Things and bed was clean things just looked tired.」

「The place is pristine. We only stayed one night because we were visiting a client in the area and needed to come back. But the place invites you to stay longer. The condo has everything we need. They even had 7 different types of coffee. The view is amazing, and we even cooked. The kitchen is well equipped. The bedroom is spacious, and the bed is super comfortable. We would love to stay longer.」

「We were impressed with every aspect of this condo. We will definitely return!」
