"The staff is nice. Virginian Motel is under new management. The staff knows me because I was here for 4 days before, and I was here one more time before then, and that was since my birthday in November of last year. The staff is kind, the property is good, the cleanliness and fantastic, the amenities are nice, I just wish there were outlets next to the bed to plug phone chargers in, and I wish there was a mini refrigerator to put things that need to be cold in, like certain medications, and beverages and such, otherwise fantastic! I definitely recommend staying at Virginian Motel!"

Very welcoming everywhere at the property including the formal dining room, she was complimented the entire time on her exemplary behavior. The staff here is second to none, the room stunning as well as the lodge and the views. Next time we will make sure to bring some grocery items since it is VERY remote, but a wonderful place because of it."

"This house was absolutely perfect for us! We met our three adult kids and their families here and there was something for everyone to do, including the toddler! We had a fire out back, played disc-golf, used the hot tub, and enjoyed the deck. My daughter really appreciated the loft with all of the toys- it kept our granddaughter happy! The house was expansive and easily had enough room for all of nine of us plus two dogs. Mt. Airy is a nice town and we had fun checking everything out on Main Street. The host was communicative and helpful.We are looking forward to staying again! Thank you!"

"This cabin was perfect! So peaceful with an amazing view. Everything was clean and updated. We had all the kitchen supplies we needed. 10 minutes from fairy stone state park for a few hiking trails. Greg is a great communicator. We would love to return! "

"Girls trip and it was so relaxing. The house was plenty big for 5 of us girls. We each had our own room. It was so cold outside and there was lots of snow and it was beautiful outside. We did not have any issues and were very happy with our stay."
