「This is the only hotel in Lynchburg that abides by taking in only service dogs and keeping them limited to first floor and cleaning all the rooms throughly for danger. Place is great for people who have allergy to animal dander. I am going to notify the program that tracks hotels that limit pets and emotionally comfort animals which are not trained as professional service dogs. Thanks for great stay. Rudy」

「I made my reservation and paid in advance for my stay MONTHS before my arrival date. Two days before my arrival they cancelled my reservation. I called and talked with the manager who said she would look into it and call me back. I must have sent 3 messages following up and not one was responded to. Left a message saying that since I did not hear from them I would be there on my planned arrival. I was literally traveling all over Canada and the US and my plans were not easy to adjust at that...

「Clean and convenient」

「In my opinion, the room in which we stayed was subpar at best. There were stains on the carpet, hair on the floor in the bathroom. Altogether, the bathroom was not clean and ready for guests to occupy. The tub showed signs of mold, the toilet seat was loose or broken, which was a hazard in what was advertised as a handicap accessible room (NOT). The King size bed had a severe dip in the middle which hindered any restful sleep. We asked for another room and were told that no other room was...
