「Communication was excellent. The check in and check out process was simple. The coffee pot still had coffee and mold in it, so that is why I took a star off for cleanliness. We notified the resort via the Vrbo app and they responded right away. I would love to come in the summer when you could enjoy the pool and lake. 」
