「Great 」

「Beds were comfortable a the main room was clean. However the bathroom was not the cleanest. Shower hadn’t been fully cleaned and there is terrible water pressure. The AC worked well but was incredibly loud at certain times. Would wake us up each night. Staff was absolutely incredible and very kind. 」

「Breakfast was great 」

「The lock on my door was broken, and the door did not close easily. It required force to shut, and I had to pay close attention and double‑check to ensure it was fully closed. Additionally, the towels did not smell clean, and one of them had a visible stain. There were also flying bugs throughout my room.」

「this is an ok hotel, but the reason for the low rating is that when I walked into the lobby to check in it was just like I had entered the set of a Cheech and Chong movie. the smell of p*t would knock you down it was so overwhelming. I got a buzz waiting to check in. I could smell it all the way down the hallway and around 2 corners to our room, but fortunately not in the room. I don't know who is running this hotel, but that is just unacceptable.」

「Charles Bass is always a great place to stay. It's so tranquil and inviting. The place was clean and the entire home is beautiful. 」

「No ice. Didn’t clean or refill coffee station. Didn’t make bed or vacuum. Visible drip stains on wallpaper never cleaned. Smelled of cigarettes and marijuana throughout hotel.」

「We could not sleep because there was a mouse jumping around in the room! Also, we couldn’t change the thermostat temperature in the room as it needed a security code to change it. The host was nice and talked with us the whole time we had our breakfast. The dutch breakfast was simple and unique. 」

「Mostly clean, AC works great! WiFi doesn’t work very well inside and cellphone reception isn’t good.」

「We had a great time at the log cabin. It was comfortable and very spacious. I especially liked the fact that there were three full bathrooms. Beds and pillows were like being at home. It was also secluded which was nice. The outdoor area and lake accessibility was a highlight! It was a wonderful trip. 」

「This cabin is unbelievable! All the amenities, spacious, great views of the lake as well as lake access, and the host had even decorated for the holidays. We especially loved the screened-in porch with fire table for hanging out in the evening.」
