The check in was easy and quick - once I got into the room, I quickly found out the TV’s did not work, but then to find out the front desk staff knew it and still put us in the room was ridiculous and not fair to our stay. The bathroom shower also flooded, the water would not drain and backed up.

We stayed at four hotels during our four-night trip. This one was the best, by far. The front desk clerk was fast and friendly. We had an issue with our keycard and she troubleshooted it and was able to fix it so we were good to go the rest of our stay. The room was nice and very clean. We enjoyed the larger bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash so it isn't as wasteful. Breakfast in the morning had a lot from which to choose - including some packaged items like waffles and breakfast sandwiches, which were yummy. Would stay here again.

First of all , I was surprised that elevators is not working your room is on the second floor . The toilet did not flush. the tv , you must use your cable , Netflix , YouTube code to access channels. fortunately, the staff members was nice and helpful. So, she moved us to another room.
