"Just loud. Asked for room away from the elevator and was told it was. Nope. Toilets flush loudly you can hear it from neighboring rooms. Traffic is loud outside. Positives room was clean. Bed was good. The room had only 1 usb plug which didn’t work. Breakfast was meh. Worse than most other stays. Nice area except near highway "

"I appreciate the consistent quality of Holiday Inns, however, I do wish they would consistently offer breakfast as part of your stay. Breakfast is listed in the amenities, but is not included; a buffet breakfast can be purchased for an additional fee. The hotel was clean and the accommodations were quite comfortable with the exception of the small refrigerator not having a freezer section. The staff were friendly and lovely and I enjoyed my stay. My room had a lovely view of the Appalachian mountains to get me excited for my day of exploring."

"Outstanding property! Very clean and well maintained. Plenty of room and comfortable bed and pillows. Nice chaise lounge to recline and stretch out your legs after a long day of travel. Nice to have a hot breakfast with eggs and breakfast sausage or bacon. Also enjoyed the Oikos yogurt."
